1. To be eligible to claim a refund, individuals must have purchased Get Instantly Fresh™ from a retailer store or online store between 1 August 2019 and 31 December 2021.

2. On the day your order is delivered, email a customer care representative at support@getinstantlyfresh.com a blank email with the subject header “30 Day Money-Back Guarantee”.

3. A return merchandise authorization (RMA), return authorization (RA) or return goods authorization (RGA) is a part of the process of returning a product to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product’s warranty period.

4. If you are not completely satisfied by the performance of Get Instantly Fresh™, email a customer care representative via the same email chain sharing your review and money-back request.

5. Once approved, return the product (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service within 30 days from date of purchase to the address provided by our customer care representative. All returns must be received by our fulfillment center within 60 days of your purchase.

6. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. Real postage costs for the sending and return of the product are the full responsibility of the claimant and will not be refunded.

7. Once returned, your purchase will be will be refunded to you minus the shipping and handling charge of $9.95.
